Kevin’s speech titled: Rejecting the Requiem, discloses that U.S. policy makers and government economists are starting to lower their standards regarding the United States recovery.

Countless homeowners started defaulting on their mortgages, banking institutions were going bankrupt and the national unemployment rate was reaching record highs. The country was in turmoil.
